Bilasuvar Executive Power has announced a tender for the construction of the Askerabad-Mugan highway, according to a message from the tender commission, published in the official press on Monday.
The participation fee in the tender is 150 manat. Tender bids backed by a bank guarantee to the amount of one per cent of their value, are being accepted at the commission till 18:00, on November 7, 2013. Opening of the bids will take place at 11:00 am on November 8, 2013.
