Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend / Jenat Kreken , the Economic and Foreign Commerce Minister of Luxemburg, stated during a meeting with Heydar Babayev , the Azerbaijani Minister of Development of Economy, the extreme interest Luxemburg has on the quick economic development of Azerbaijan and is eager to improve relations between the countries.
Eten Reyter , the Head of the Luxemburg State Company on Insurance of Export, representatives of the Industry Fund Association, as well as about ten entrepreneurs attended the meeting.
The current economic relation between the countries, their development and future prospects were discussed at the meeting.
The entrepreneurs spoke about the functions of their enterprises and expressed their interest to co-operate with Azerbaijani counterparts.
Babayev informed the delegation with the present economy of the country. The holding of business forums and exhibitions by the Azerbaijani Export and Investment Promotion Fund's programme (AZPROMO) will develop relations between Azerbaijani and Luxemburg businessmen.
Babayev spoke about the beneficial opportunities in the development of energy, machine-building, pharmaceutical and many other fields of economy.
