Russian company KORUS Consulting has completed work on introducing the system of automation of organizational and efficient document circulation in the Azerbaijani Labor and Social Protection Ministry, the company said today.
Electronic document circulation system in the ministry was created on the EMC Documentum platform.
Implementation of the project allowed the ministry to provide internal control over the execution of letters and significantly improve the quality of public services.
Within the project main business processes of documentation are automated and systems are developed in accordance with the ministry's requirements.
In addition to incoming and outgoing correspondence from various ministries and agencies, NGOs and international organizations, the system of the organizational and efficient document circulation, introduced by KORUS Consulting, focuses on the receipt of citizens' appeals and control over their processing.
