Kazakhstan’s Stahlbau, a leader in the production of roads-related equipment (sweepers, vacuum cleaners, snow removal machines) and garbage trucks based on IVECO Daily in the Kazakhstan market, is interested in entering the Azerbaijani market, Stahlbau's Development Director Maksim Slominsky told Trend.
According to him, the company's products are presented in all regions of Kazakhstan, as well as in markets of Russia and Belarus.
"The company is ready to provide special equipment based on IVECO and other brands to Azerbaijan. We are willing to export garbage trucks with both rear loading and manipulator installation, as well as sweeping equipment and vacuum cleaners, washing machines to Baku. In this regard, we plan to increase production and export of trucks. In the field of expanding the export market, we, along with Azerbaijan, are considering all border countries, the Russian market, the countries of the South Caucasus," he stated.
Slominsky noted that the company has an extensive service network, which provides the client with timely maintenance of equipment.
"In addition to servicing, spare parts are also presented in our service centers. In the event of a successful entry into the Azerbaijani market, Stahlbau is also ready to open its service centers and train local personnel," the development director said.
He added that the company's capacity accounts for about 100 equipment pieces per year.
"It is scheduled to start construction of the second production section in 2022, which will increase the capacity to 260 units per year. At this stage, we have all the necessary equipment to perform the operations, so in the future, with the expansion of the company, we plan to purchase additional equipment for account of internal funds," Maksim Slominsky stressed.
In 2021, the company produced nearly 50 units of equipment.
