Deputy dean of the history department at Moscow State University, a member of the Trend Expert Council, Alexei Vlasov was awarded a Presidential diploma of merit for his contribution to strengthening the Kazakh people's unity, Moscow State University's Information and Analytical Center said.
The award was presented by Kazakhstan's Secretary of State and Foreign Minister Kanat Saudabayev Oct. 20, 2010.
