(ForUm) - BYUT leader Yulia Tymoshenko considers that Ukraine has appeared in so deep crisis that the only way out is a national referendum. Tymoshenko told journalists Monday.

"Crises in Ukraine are spreading and becoming intensified, they destroy stability in our state. These are political, constitutional, tariff crises and the beginning of agrarian one. We also can observe a crisis concerning VAT restitution. This list can be continued...Take any sphere of activity and you will see a crisis," Tymoshenko said.

According to the BYuT leader, to regulate all crises it is needed "to hold a referendum and to ask the people what form of government they support - presidential or parliamentary."

After the results of the referendum Tymoshenko proposes to form a constitutional commission under the direction of the President, which will work out new redaction of the Constitution.
