BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 10. The state budget revenues of Azerbaijan through the State Customs Committee (SCC) exceeded 4.227 billion manat ($2.4 billion) from January through September 2022, growing by 32.39 percent against the same period of 2021, Trend reports citing the SCC.
In the reporting period, the state budget gains from customs duties totaled 1.024 billion manat ($602.3 million), up by 17.73 percent, or 154.2 million manat ($90.7 million) compared to the same period of 2021.
The budget receipts from VAT amounted to 3.034 billion manat or $1.7 billion (an increase of 39.79 percent year on year), from excises – 121.2 million manat or $71.2 million (a decrease of 0.55 percent), from road taxes – 47.116 million manat or $27.7 million (growth of 48.61 percent).
In 2021, the State Customs Committee fulfilled the forecast for state budget revenues by 111.29 percent. The excess amount rendered to the state budget totaled 440.37 million manat ($258.6 million).
