BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 30. The presentation of Kapital Bank's project “Change begins with you! Combating bullying in secondary schools” is taking place in Baku, Trend reports.
The event is attended by Fargana Mammadova, Member of the Board, Chief Human Capital and Organizational Development Officer of Kapital Bank OJSC, and representatives of the Ministry of Science and Education of Azerbaijan.
As part of the project, international experts are rolling up
their sleeves to provide specialized training for the teachers at
the Center for Development and Innovation in Education.
Teachers taking part in the training will sharpen their
understanding and abilities regarding the awareness of bullying and
strategies to tackle it.
Once the training wraps up, educators who have acquired fresh
insights will pass the baton to their peers in general education
schools by rolling out training programs aimed at tackling
bullying.
