BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 30. The Birbank scholarship program is currently ongoing, with 15 students from various higher education institutions benefiting from the scholarships and having the opportunity to participate in various development programs, said Fargana Mammadova, a member of the Board of Directors of Kapital Bank, Chief Administrator for Human Capital and Organizational Development, Trend reports.
Speaking at the presentation of Kapital Bank's project "Change begins with you! Combating bullying in secondary schools," Mammadova emphasized that Kapital Bank and BirBank have established rooms at universities, fully equipped for educational purposes.
"Our team also provides students with practical lessons on banking-related topics. As part of the Birbank scholarship program, the fifteen recipients not only receive financial support but also gain access to various professional development opportunities. We are a company that values innovation and actively integrates it into our work. We bring this same approach to Azerbaijan as well.
There are issues in our society that, if not addressed on time, can escalate into serious problems. We believe in proactive education to help prevent such challenges. Through our anti-bullying initiative, we aim to introduce fresh knowledge, effective strategies, and positive behavioral models to public schools across Azerbaijan. This is our main objective, and it is a responsibility shared by every member of society," she said.
