BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 16. “The discussions and exchange of views at the Baku Global Forum will help to elaborate new approaches towards resolution of issues which are on the top of global agenda”, said President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, as he made a speech at the opening ceremony of the 9th Global Baku Forum under the motto "Challenges to the Global World Order”.
