"If I am re-elected president, I will call U.S. president for debates in the UN," Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, who is running for president again, said at a press conference on June 12.
Ahmadinejad said he called U.S. president to debate during his visit to New York to attend the UN session. "I said the debate at the UN conference hall aims to study reasons behind the global problems. If Iranian people re-elects me president, I will call Mr. Obama to debates in the UN to address current problems and ensure peace," Ahmadinejad said.
