Baku, a football team of Azerbaijan must win their next game to go through to the next stage of the CIS Cup, which is currently held in Moscow, Trend reports.

To qualify for the quarterfinals, the Baku team trained by Judge Boyukaga Hajiyev must beat Estonia's Levadiya, which are the favourites of the group. A draw for Estonia will put them through to the quarterfinals in the forthcoming match on January 23rd. A draw will not be enough to put Baku through.

During the first round the Baku team lost to Tirapspol's Sheriff 3:4, which ensured the Sheriffs a place at the top of the table. They later went on to beat Champions of Kyrgyzstan Daraday Dinamo 2:0.
