Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend / Starting from 7 August 2007, the placement of interest-bearing unsecured registered book-entry bonds of Azerdemiryolbank OJSC will commence at Baku Stock Exchange (BSE), according to the BSE report.
The volume of the issue is AZN 5,000,000, the face value per bond AZN 1,000, interest rate on bonds 14%, and the turnover period 455 days. According to the issue prospectus, placement will be held through initial public offering at Baku Stock Exchange. "ADB Broker" LLC will be the underwriter of the placement of the bonds.
