Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr. I.Khalilova / The 8th meeting of the subcommittee on cooperation Azerbaijan-EU will be held in Baku on 28 September. The Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry has proposed to hold the meeting in the Azerbaijani Transport Ministry.
Five relevant issues have been included into the agenda. Consideration of the issue within the framework of Europe Neighbouring Policy (ENP), implementation of plan of actions within the framework of ENP, signed in Brussels in November 2006. The protocols of 6th meeting of subcommittee of EU on trade, economy and legal issues, as well as 1st and 2nd meetings of subcommittee on transport and energy will be approved during the 8th meeting. The issue linking with Nagorno-Karabakh conflict to be discussed at the meeting. The UN's Minsk Group supports efforts of the Group in resolving the conflict.
