Khalilova / The Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) has been invited to participate in the General Assembly of the Federation of the Euro-Asian Stock Exchanges (FEAS) to be held in Belgrade at the beginning of September, the Chairman of the Board of BSE, Khayal Abdinov, reported on 15 August. The composition of the group to take part in the work of the Assembly has not yet been defined.
The budget of the organization for 2006 and 2008, new programs within the framework of FEAS are expected to be considered at the meeting. "The organization has plenty of programs in different directions. Owing to the FEAS program, BSE employees were sent to Turkey this year for gaining working experience at the Istanbul Stock Exchange," Abdinov said.
Azerbaijan has been a member of FEAS since 2001.
