As a result of drilling well No. 12 on Uchtepa field in Uzbekistan on Oct. 28, 2019, an industrial influx of natural gas was obtained with a preliminary flow rate of 150,000-200,000 cubic meters per day, Trend reports citing the press service of Uzbekistan’s Ministry of Energy.

The Uchtepa field is located in Bulakbashi district of the Andijan region. Earlier, industrial gas inflows with a flow rate of up to 385,000 cubic meters per day have already been received here from seven wells, read the message.

Another result was achieved after drilling well No. 12 in Cretaceous deposits. This time, the industrial inflow of natural gas was obtained in the intervals of 1,087-1,080 m (XIX layer) and 1,063-1,054 m (XVIII layer).

In the next three days, gas condensate studies will be conducted at the well to study the parameters of the promising formation.
