ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan, February 3. Turkmenistan's 'Gyzylarbat' and 'Gyzylbaýyr' farms located in the Balkan region reveal the number of small cattle and camels, Trend reports.

According to official data, the 'Gyzylarbat' livestock farm currently contains about 27,600 sheep and 2,000 camels.

At the same time, the Gyzylbaýyr farm located in the Etrek district of the region has about 41,250 sheep, half of which are sheep giving offspring, and 186 camels, including 48 camels giving offspring.

Furthermore, at the moment, livestock farms in the region are making significant efforts to provide care for farm animals in the winter.

Meanwhile, at the moment, a lot of work is being done in Turkmenistan to develop animal husbandry, increase the number of livestock, manufacture meat and dairy products, and strengthen the feed base of the industry. The improvement of local livestock enterprises continues.

Most of the livestock production is accounted for by the private sector in Turkmenistan.
