Georgian delegation to discuss safety issues in conflict zones at OSCE meeting

The Georgian delegation will discuss safety issues in the conflict zones at the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly meeting. Georgia will be active in the debates, delegation member Giorgy Tsagareishvily said.

"We have heard a report on the situation in Georgia. We will join discussions in accordance with the proposals," Tsagareishvily said.

The Georgian delegation will facilitate accessibility in the conflict zones for international observers, Georgian Parliamentary Vice Speaker Gigi Tsereteli said.

The OSCE meeting and debate is scheduled for Feb. 19-20.

South Caucasus parliamentary delegations will also meet in Vienna.

The event was initiated by the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly Special Representative Goran Lennmarker.

The Georgian-Russian and Armenian-Azerbaijani conflicts will also be discussed at the meeting.
