Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr. К. Zarbaliyeva / The lawsuit of Sardar Jalaloglu, the Chairman of Democratic Party of Azerbaijan (DPA), will be considered during the next plenum of the Supreme Court, according to the party.
The chairman's lawsuit will be considered at the meeting of the plenum of the Supreme Court ion 18 September.
The lawsuit was submitted due to the illegal actions of officials of the Internal Ministry and the Department on struggles against crimes.
Jalaloglu and his lawyer Fuad Agayev, will participate in the trial.
The European Court made a resolution on Jalaloglu's lawsuit on 1 January 2007. The resolution included the violation of rights in compliance with Article 3 of the European Convention. The Azerbaijani Government will pay € 10,000 to Jalaloglu.
