Revenues from tax and customs authorities in Georgia jump by 11 percent

Income from tax and customs authorities to the Georgian state budget in 2011 amounted to 4.867 billion lari (1.74 lari is $1), which is 11 percent higher than in 2009, the Georgian Finance Ministry told Trend.

In 2010, most of the revenue, in particular, 25 percent, accounted for income tax.

In 2010, revenues from income tax increased by seven percent compared to 200, profit tax - 11 percent, VAT - seven percent and property tax - 20 percent.
