Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhammadov signed a decree to carry over the day off from Dec. 12 to 13 2010.

December 12 will be day off, as this day coincided with the Neutrality Day.

The document says that it is done "in order to hold high-level celebrations, and creating favorable conditions for a good rest of our country's population ion the occasion of Turkmenistan's national holiday -"glorious 15th anniversary of the Neutrality Day".

The decree was signed in accordance with the Paragraph 3 of Article 81 of the Labour Code of Turkmenistan.

Execution of this decree should be ensured by all enterprises, institutions and organizations irrespective of the forms of ownership.
