Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev congratulated Nguyen Minh Triet, President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on the Independence Day, AzerTaj state news agency reported on Sep.1.
President Ilham Aliyev also expressed confidence that the Azerbaijan-Vietnam relations will develop on the basis of friendship and cooperation.
The head of Azerbaijan wished Minh Triet good health and success, the friendly Vietnamese people - peace and prosperity.
