Two workers died after falling from high structures at the western Iranian province of Ilam's petrochemical plant.
One worker named Moradjan Qobadi fell while moving on a 70-centimeter wide concrete beam 10 meters above the ground, while the other one, named Ali Kazemi, fell from a high place while trying to wrap a tent, the factory's CEO Farhad Daneshi said, Fars news agency reported May 2.
Each year 22,000 work-related incidents happen in Iran, 15,000 of which account for the construction sector.
