This company stated about plans to construct a new Aluminum plant in Ganja with a capacity variation from 50,000 to 150,000 tons per year.
In 2001, as a result of the investment contest Fondel received three entities of Azeraluminum JSC, Aluminum Plant in Sumgait, and Ganja Aluminous Combine- with capacity of 450,000 tons per year and Zeyil Alunite Field.
