Special quarantine regime imposed in Azerbaijan due to COVID-19 has been softened, Trend reports.
As of March 6, 2022, the following restrictions will be lifted:
- by number and time for activities of cultural facilities, including cinemas, theaters and conference halls, places of recreation and entertainment, as well as children's entertainment facilities (including those located on Baku Boulevard and parks), including those at large shopping centers;
- the restrictions applied to religious places of worship related to the number, as well as the places allowed for simultaneous performance of worship;
- restrictions on the number of participants and time for holding of solemn ceremonies (weddings, engagements, birthdays, etc.);
- time limit associated with the activities of public catering facilities, including restaurants, cafes, tea houses and other similar places, as well as a restriction on being at the same table for more than 6 people;
- density standards applied to catering establishments when serving customers during a pandemic;
- restriction related to educational and tutoring services with the participation of more than 10 people.
