One of biggest markets of South Caucasus taken fire due to strike of lightning

Fire took place in the territory of one of the biggest wholesale markets of South Caucasus in Lilo city (near Tbilisi). Roughly 220 square meter warehouse of electric devices was taken fire at 23:00 night. Fortunately, it was empty because employees did not manage to bring goods and lay communications.

Fire is supposed to take place as a result of lightning. Firemen managed to extinguish fire during 25 minutes.

Majority MP of Samgor region, vice-speaker of the Georgia's parliament Rusudan Kervalishvili attended the place of accident.

Damage is calculated.

It should be noted that it is the second fire on the market for the last time. One person died during the first fire.
