BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 23. Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan boost cooperation on the Middle Corridor, said Kazakhstan’s Ambassador to Azerbaijan Alim Bayel during a speech at an event celebrating Kazakhstan’s Republic Day in Baku, Trend reports.
“Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan are actively working together on several key projects that impact the entire region. Notably, cargo shipments along the Middle Corridor continue to increase,” the ambassador stated.
He also mentioned that the installation of a fiber-optic cable—a critical project within the digital telecommunications corridor linking East and West—across the Caspian Sea will begin soon.
