The Khojaly genocide is a black spot in the history of humanity, Turkish Interior Minister Idris Naim Sahin, who is on an official two-day visit to Azerbaijan, told journalists in Baku. He said Turkey will always support Azerbaijan in its just struggle.
"Turkish-Azerbaijani relations have no analogues. They are both political and fraternal relationships," Mr Sahin said.
The visit is at the invitation of Azerbaijani Interior Minister Ramil Usubov and talks will be held on cooperation between the two ministries.
It is expected that Mr Sahin will meet with Azerbaijani Interior Minister Ramil Usubov, Justice Minister Fikret Mammadov and Emergency Situations Minister Kamaladdin Heydarov.
