The so-called opposition party Public Chamber attempted to hold an unauthorised protest in front of the capital's executive power building on the Str. Istiglaliyyet in Baku on Monday.
Police prevented the rally because it was unauthorised, Trend correspondent reports from the scene.
After that, the protesters headed for the Fountain Square, but before reaching it were stopped at Youth Square where they read their resolution.
No one was detained during the rally.
