A delegation of the UN Development Program, led by UNDP Deputy Regional Director for Europe and the CIS Haoliang Xu arrived in Georgia on Monday.
Haoliang Xu will meet with representatives of the Georgian government, international organizations, civil society and media in the frame of four day visit to Georgia, Tbilisi office of UNDP told Trend.
The delegation will travel to Batumi on May 16, where Haoliang Xu will meet with head of the Government of Adjara Levan Varshalomidze and get acquainted with ongoing UNDP projects. Haoliang Xu will visit the region of Samegrelo on the same day and familiarize with the life of refugees in places of compact settlement.
