On Wednesday the Azerbaijani President, Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on naming of the Academy of the National Safety Ministry after national leader Heydar Aliyev, Trend reports.
The decree says that establishment of the Academy, formation and development of special service bodies and border service is directly related to the name of Heydar Aliyev. The Academy graduates professional personnel and improve professional training of personnel.
The decree was signed in order to satisfy the addresses by the National Safety Ministry on immortalization of the memory of Heydar Aliyev, whose services in development of the special service bodies are irreplaceable.
The decree came into force from the signing day.
