Azerbaijan, Baku, 11 April / Trend corr. K.Zarbaliyeva /Yagub Mukhtarov, the Azerbaijani soldier captured by Armenian Armed Forces, wishes to return to his motherland, Mukhtarov wrote in his letter to his family.
Mukhtarov, drafted to the military service from Sheki region, was captured by Armenians on the contact line on 9 March.
Allahverdi Mukhtarov, Yagub's father, informed Trend that the representatives of International Committee of Red Cross met with his son and returned with his letter.
Mukhtarov stated in the letter that he is in a normal state and hopes to return to his motherland soon.
Mukhtarov's family responded to his letter via the Red Cross representatives.
