Azerbaijan will shift to winter time on 30 October, the Cabinet of Ministers told Trend.
At the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers, dated 17 March 1997, the clock is set backward for an hour on Sunday at 5.00.
In accordance with resolution, the country shifts to winter and summer time in March and October.
