Azerbaijan, Baku, 30 April /corr. Trend U.Ismaylova / In March, the price for one sq.m of non-housing area increased by 11.1% up to $3417 as compared to the February, public organization Participants of Real Estate Market reported.
In all the zones, prices for the sale of non-housing facilities increased by 3.9% in March and rent prices - 4.1%.
The number of the signed sale-purchase agreements on non-housing facilities decreased by 2.1%.
