Azerbaijan, Baku, 24 November / corr Trend I.Khalilova / According to results of measures on operative control, implemented by the Azerbaijani Ministry of Taxes, facts of violation of tax legislations by 1,425 tax-payers were revealed, the Taxes Ministry said.
The measures covered period from 20 October to 16 November. The number of tax-payers began to increase again, and increase made up over 54% as compared to previous month.
Researches showed that in this period 838 tax-payers violated rules of conducting cash payments and 80 accepted foreign currency as a mean of payment.
As a result of relevant measures, 141 tax-payers, functioning without registration in rating bodies, and 230 tax-payers realized activities in the spheres, which require special licensing, were revealed.
As a result of measures on operative control, 48 tax-payers employed 52 individuals without labor contracts; 41 tax-payers implemented passenger transportation without differential signs and 34 carried out operations on purchase and sale of currency in public places.
It was revealed that 13 tax-payers did not have corresponding excise marks on 186 products in the amount of AZN 1,177.1 as a result of measures, realized to control application of excise brands.
