In April the most expensive land plot was offered in Narimanov district of Baku ($330,000 per one hundred sq.m) and the cheapest in Sabunchu district of Baku ($350 per one hundred sq.m), public organization Participants of Real Estate Market said.
The average price for one hundred sq.m in Baku reduced 3.2 percent to 20.74 compared to March. The period of exposition of the land plots rose 2.8 percent to 221 days. A considerable drop was observed in the Sabail District of Baku - 5.4 percent.
The most passive district of Baku was the Nasimi District and the most active - Surakhani and Narimanov Districts in April.
