Four more people were killed late Friday in Egypt, raising to nine the number of deaths in clashes between police and anti-government protesters, dpa quotedsaid medical sources as saying.
All fatalities occurred in the coastal city of Suez, they added.
The clashes occurred outside the city's council building as some angry protesters attempted to storm it.
