The ICT sector in Azerbaijan is currently the fastest growing sector of the national economy. Today, the price range of mobile communication services in Azerbaijan is approximately at the level of Eastern European countries.

Today, Azerbaijan has three GSM-operators: Bakcell, Azercell, Azerfon.
