Azerbaijan, Baku /corr. Trend K.Zarbaliyeva / A new appeal will be made to the court of appeal on the lawsuit of Azerbaijani opposition sources of media against several State bodies, lawyer Intigam Aliyev, said on 21 August.

Due to the absence of confidence by the claimant, the court decided to submit the lawsuit for repeat consideration of Sabayl District Court. Aliyev said that after this the claimant should re-devise and submit the appeal to the court.
