The average price of one square meter of housing reached 135.3 million rials (about $3,200) during the ninth month (from November 22 through December 22, 2019) of this Iranian year in Tehran, the capital of Iran, Trend reports referring to the report of the Central Bank of Iran.
“This figure increased by 8.5 percent compared to the eighth month from October 23 through November 21,” the Central Bank of Iran said.
The prices increased by 41.6 percent compared to the same month of last Iranian year.
