An explosion has occurred in the center of the Turkish city of Istanbul on Feb. 17, Turkish newspaper Sabah reported.
According to preliminary reports, the cause of the explosion was a gas leak.
The explosion caused damage to several buildings, shattering their windows.
Turkish Anadolu agency reported that four wounded were taken to hospitals; two of them are in serious condition.
Residents of nearby houses were evacuated because of danger of a second explosion.
