An international conference on the "Protection of historical and cultural heritage in capitals of CIS member states" will be held in Baku in March organized by Culture and Tourism Ministry, Executive Power of Baku and CIS Executive Committee.
The work of the conference will be organized in sessions on the "Protection of historical and cultural heritage in capitals in modern urbanization," "Management models of historical centers in capital cities and World Heritage" and "Efficiency in terms of socio-economic development of historical and cultural monuments" , the ministry told Trend on Wednesday.
The conference will bring together mayors of the capital cities and representatives of scientific community.
A photo exhibition of the same name will be held in the framework of the conference.
