On May 10, 2006 in Baku office of International Republican Institute (IRI) was performed the sortition of 200 interrogators selected to perform exit-polls at 13 May repeat parliamentary elections. Trend reports this event was held with participation of representatives of political parties, whose candidates are being elected in 10 constituencies on May 13.
According to the sotition rules, interrogators are not allowed to perform exit-poll in domiciliary constituency. In such cases sortition was repeated.
On May 10 all interrogators shall arrive in their election places. They will pursue mini-seminars within the last three days. 20 persons to replace interrogators in case they fall unable to perform exit-poll have been selected as well.
Results of exit-poll are published 2-3 hours following the elections. The information will be placed at IRIs official web-page.
