The Azerbaijani mobile communication operator Azercell Telecom LLC has put into operation GPRS/MMS roaming service with Algeria's Wataniya and UAE's DU operators, the company said.
This is the second roaming agreement with UAE and the first one with Algeria.
Up today Azercell Telecom LLC has signed the GPRS/MMS roaming agreement with 178 network operators from 74 countries around the world.
