BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 15. The Korea Institute for Advancement of Technology (KIAT) will implement "Creating a platform of environmentally friendly agricultural machinery for Uzbekistan" project, Trend reports via Uzbek media outlets.
The total cost of the project is $13 million, of which $10 million is gratuitous assistance from South Korea, and $3 million is funds from Uzbekistan’s Uzavtosanoat.
As part of this initiative, it is planned to create a Research and Development Center (R&D) in Uzbekistan, as well as switch agricultural machinery to environmentally friendly natural fuel.
It is planned to transfer agricultural machinery to a modern generation of gas equipment that is safe for the engine, has a low cost and requires minimal driver intervention in its operation.
