Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr. U.Ismaylova / Mortgage market of Baku increased for 40% within a year, the Azerbaijani State registration of real estate services, said.
Some 765 property facilities were made crediting in 2007 and 473- in 2006.
In total some 3,506 types of property were registered in September. Some 899 of registered properties made up the first market and 1,863 the second market of Baku.
Some 1,272 agreements on property purchase and sale were concluded in Baku in September. Some 192 of them made up land, 23 - nonresidential property, 63 - nonresidential lands, 873 - apartments, 96 - private residences, 14 - villas and 7 - enterprise properties.
Some 260 inheritances were registered.
