The State Committee on state property will be successor of the Azerbaijani state real estate register service's project liquidated by the President's decree dated on May 19 realized with WB and State Committee for Land and Cartography, the State Committee for Land and Cartography head Garib Mammadov said.
"As the project has state importance, it will be conducted on earlier planned strategy without any changes. But state committee on property will cooperate with state committee on property," Mammadov.
Registration of property project joint with WB is planned by 2013.
The project consists of four components: registration of property, management and register of state property, base cartography and land cadastre, trainings, forming of policy and management of project.
Cost of the project hits $38.57 million; $30 million falls on loan of WB.
Loan resources were allocated for 20 years under 5-year preferential period.
