ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan, December 14. Dayhanbank State Commercial Bank became the leader for the number of registered internet banking users in Turkmenistan as of the beginning of December 2023, Trend reports.
Dayhanbank has 377,561 registered users, followed by Turkmenistan State Commercial Bank (348,340 users) and Turkmenbashi Joint-Stock Commercial Bank (174,267 users), according to the Central Bank of Turkmenistan.
Dayhanbank primarily serves clients in Turkmenistan's regions. As a result, the majority of users are concentrated in the Mary (149,350 users), Lebap (84,552 users), and Dashoguz (63,786 users) regions.
