The average offer price in the secondary housing market in Uzbekistan’s capital Tashkent dropped by 1.6 percent (from $609 to $599 per square meter) in June 2016, as compared to May, a representative of Uzbekistan’s Republican Real Estate Exchange told Trend July 11.
The price per square meter in panel buildings decreased by 2.1 percent (from $574 to $562) in June, while the figure remained almost unchanged in brick buildings ($653 per square meter as compared to $652).
The offer price for one-room apartments decreased by 4 percent (from $610 to $586 per square meter), while the price for three-room apartments dropped by 2.4 percent (from $611 to $596).
The price per square meter in two-room apartments remained almost unchanged and stood at $595 in June, as compared to $593 in May, while the prices for four-room and multi-room apartments increased by 1 percent and stood at $634 and $ 612, respectively.
