Exports from Ankara, Istanbul to Israel exceed $1.5 B (Exclusive)

In January-August 2019, exports from Ankara and Istanbul to Israel exceeded $1.5 billion, Trend reports referring to the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TIM).

During this period, exports from Ankara to Israel increased by 17.35 percent compared to the same period in 2018 and amounted to $59.283 million.

Meanwhile, in January-August 2019, exports from Istanbul to Israel increased by 7.61 percent, compared to the same period in 2018, and amounted to $1.511 billion.

In August 2019, exports from Ankara to Israel increased by 25.42 percent compared to August 2018, having amounted to $6.767 million. The exports from Istanbul to Israel increased by 4.65 percent compared to August 2018 and amounted to $166.957 million.

According to TIM, in January-August 2019, Turkish exports to Israel increased by 11.12 percent compared to the same period in 2018 and amounted to $2.821 billion.

In August 2019, Turkish exports to Israel increased by 6.81 percent compared to August 2018 and amounted to $317.247 million.
